We ensure that all Personal trainers hold the qualifications they post on their profile so we can ensure you are receiving the best possible training. We take any reports very seriously and each report will be dealt with individually. You will be informed in the outcome of your report, and we ask that you trust us to act with your best interests in mind.

PTconnect will review your report and inform you of the action that will be taken. We hold Customer safety and trust as a core value and will make the reporting process as transparent as possible.
Depending on the severity of the report the Personal Trainer may be removed from the site. If the offence is deemed not removeable then the report will still be noted on the PTs profile and any repeat offences may result in them being removed.
All reports will be handled anonymously. We value privacy and creating a safe space to make any reports as required.
Report a client
PTconnect aims to be a safe space for both its trainers and clients. If you feel there has been inappropriate action in one of your sessions you can report it below and we will deal with each report individually.
