The ability to take bookings through the site removes the time and money you need to spend chasing leads and trying to promote yourself online. PTconnect gives you complete flexibility over your pricing and discounts, whether you want to promote a discount on a certain training style, or want to reward clients with discounts for booking multiple sessions in advance, PTconnect gives you the flexibility to do so. When bookings are received you can send any medical forms, consent forms, nutrition plans, or programming to the client.This saves this lengthy process taking place during the session when you can now focus on the clients needs. You are also able to directly contact the client over the website once the booking is accepted.

PTconnect allows online PTs to reach an audience out with their social media following. Online PTs can advertise their online business in their profiles with the option to advertise their different programs depending on what they offer. Payments are made directly to the PT and will be priced at a monthly rate.

Yes of course, once you have accepted a booking you will be able to message the client through the website. This will allow you to send across any medical forms or introductory material prior to the first session to save time on the day.

You will have 24 hours to accept or decline every booking that comes through to you via PTconnect. If you decline you can choose to ask the client to select another time or decline the client all together. Once a booking is accepted you will be able to contact the client to make any last-minute re-arrangements if required. If you fail to respond to a booking within 24 hours then this booking will be declined automatically.

The website will be subscription based however you will not be charged anything until you have received your first booking. You can therefore sign up completely risk free. Once you have received your first booking the subscription of £15 per month will start. This means that just one client can pay for a whole year’s subscription.

Yes absolutely. We aim to make the process of starting with new clients as easy and efficient as possible. Therefore, once you have accepted a booking you can send any medical forms, consent forms, nutrition assessments, or programs directly to the client. You can also message them directly through the website.

When you refer a PT/Physio in your PT dashboard the referred individual will receive a personal link to create their profile. By using that link, both yourself that the referred PT/Physio will each receive a FITcoin into your account. The number of referrals is not limited so you can accumulate FITcoins and unlock more discounts whenever you have someone to refer.

All payments are received after the sessions have been completed. Through Stripe payment system money will be put straight into your account.

After you make your account you will be required to keep your calendar up to date to ensure to avoid any double bookings in your calendar system. If all your clients are booked through PTconnect then you can simply wait for an email to confirm your bookings and get ready to meet new clients and grow your business.

Make sure your profile picture represents the quality of the service you provide. – Try and avoid bulky paragraphs. Short paragraphs that are well written will engage your clients into engageing with your profile. – Show off your space Your client will want to see the space they will be working in. Upload some pictures of the gym and make them feel right at home. – Be Yourself You are your own business, so just be yourself and you will attract clients who are loyal to you and what you offer.

When you click to fill in our questionnaire you will be asked 7 very short questions. They will allow us to connect you to a personal trainer that is local to you and fits the exact requirements you are looking for. You can then view your recommended PTs and book with the one that you prefer.

Yes. All our personal trainers have provided their qualifications which have been verified and approved. This can give you assurance that the personal trainer you choose has all the knowledge and skills to help you achieve your goals

Yes of course, there are no limits on the number of sessions you can book at once. After each session you will receive an email that will give you a link to book more sessions to make this process as easy as possible.

We have partnered with Stripe payment system to ensure that all payments are processed safely and securely. One you have booked a session the payment will be pending until the PT has accepted the booking. After the session is completed the payment will be processed. If the PT declines the session, then no money will be taken from your account.

Absolutely, once your PT has accepted your session you will be able to message them directly through the site and make any arrangement required for your first session.

If the PT is not able to take your booking then you will have the option to select another PT from your recommended PTs. Don’t worry, no money will have been processed so you are no obliged to book with another PT at this stage.

On your profile dashboard you will be able to see all of your booked sessions with their times and dates. You will also be able to see any PTs that you may have liked but not booked with, therefore if you want to change PT at any point you can view your favourites without needing to redo the questionnaire.

Most sessions are an hour long and will be custom to your specific requirements. If you want to make changes to this you can message your trainer directly, prior to your session.
